The news of Aamna Shariff being the new Komolika has stirred up social media. With Hina Khan’s exit, fans have been waiting for her return.

But Hina Khan won’t be seen anymore on Kasautii as the makers have signed Aamna. Bombay Times have exclusively reported in an interview where the actress said, “When I was offered the role of Komolika, I instinctively knew that this is what will challenge me the most as an actor.”

TimesofIndia.com conducted a poll on Instagram if they are happy with Aamna Shariff being the new Komolika. 56 per cent users are happy with the choice.

Twitter has seen a mixed response over this choice.
A user said, “Wow Kashish but I doubt she is a perfect choice for Komolika. She is very cute but don’t have that charm need for Komolika like #HinaKhan has. It will be tough for Aamna to match Hina’s swag but then we will see. Waise once I was your fan during Kahin to Hoga. Good luck Aamna.” ETimes
