Apu Biswas’s real name is Abanti Biswas. He was born on 11 October 1989 in SK Lane, Katnarpara, Sadar Police Station, Bogra District. His father Upendranath Biswas and mother Shefali Biswas. Apu is the youngest of three sisters and one brother. He spent his childhood and adolescence in Bogra.

Apu was associated with dance since school life. She learned dance from Bulbul Fine Arts Academy. To be involved in his acting through dance.
