A Bangladesh Army operation team has recovered a large quantity of illegal weapons and ammunition during a raid in Bhasanatek, Dhaka. At the same time, one person has been arrested for possessing illegal weapons.
The army conducted the raid at approximately 10:30 pm on Saturday, based on specific intelligence information.

A person named Md Suman has been arrested during the raid. It is reported that a pistol, two revolvers, two magazines, and 7 rounds of live ammunition were recovered during the operation.

The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said that the joint forces have been conducting many raids for a week to maintain law and order in the current situation in the country. The Bangladesh Army will continue such raids to maintain law and order in the country. In addition, any information about criminal activities has been requested to be provided to the nearest army camp or any law enforcement agency.
