Foreign Minister AK Abdul Momen said that Romania will issue 5,000 visas for Bangladeshi workers.

Abdul Momen said that a six-member consular team from the Romanian Foreign Ministry will be in Dhaka for three months from March this year. They will issue about 5,000 visas, including 34,00 pending visas.

The consular team needs some local help. This is the first time they are sending such consular missions abroad, he said.
