National Citizen Party (NCP) has announced a countrywide protest rally on Thursday in response to the attack on its rally in Gopalganj on Wednesday afternoon.
NCP Convener Nahid Islam announced at a press conference held at the Khulna Press Club on Wednesday night.
He also issued a 24-hour ultimatum to the authorities, demanding the immediate arrest of those responsible for the attack.
