Two officers of the rank of Joint Police Commissioner and four officers of the rank of Assistant Police Commissioner of the Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) have been transferred.
The transfer was made on Tuesday (September 9) by an order signed by DMP Commissioner S. M. Sazzat Ali.

Among the transferred officers, Joint Police Commissioner (Traffic Admin, Planning and Research) Mohammad Enamul Haque has been transferred as Joint Police Commissioner (Traffic-South) and Joint Police Commissioner (Traffic-South) Mohammad Kamruzzaman has been transferred as Joint Police Commissioner (ICT).

In addition, Assistant Police Commissioner of Sabujbagh Zone Mohammad Akkas Ali has been transferred to Traffic-Ramna Zone and Assistant Police Commissioner of CTTC Toufiq Ahmed has been transferred to Traffic-Sabujbagh Zone.

On the other hand, Assistant Police Commissioner of Traffic-Ramna Zone, Abdul Hannan Khan, has been transferred to Petrol-Dhanmondi Zone, and Assistant Police Commissioner of Petrol-Dhanmondi Zone, SM Hasibur Rahman Babu, has been transferred as Traffic-Kotwali.
