The Ministry of Law has issued a notification transferring 826 judges across the country at once.
The notification of transfer and promotion signed by AFM Golzar Rahman, Deputy Secretary of the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, was issued on Wednesday (November 26).

According to the notification, a total of 826 people have been promoted and posted to the three posts. Of these, 250 have been promoted from Additional District Judge to District Judge, 294 from Joint District Judge to Additional District Judge, and 282 from Senior Assistant Judge to Joint District Judge.

The notification states that the transferred officer nominated by the head of the department has been requested to take charge of the current position on November 27 and join the transferred workplace by December 1. In addition, the officers on training, maternity leave, and leave outside Bangladesh have been requested to join the workplace after training and leave, hand over the assignment and immediately join the promoted workplace.
